Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and partner agreements)
• Managing contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and tracking expirations
• Maintaining legal trackers, MIS reporting, and audit-ready documentation
• Supporting IP protection including trademarks, licensing, and asset records
• Reviewing insurance policies (cyber liability, E&O, general liability)
• Assisting in regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, IT Act, data protection laws)
• Conducting legal research and drafting internal advisories
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experience in commercial contracts (preferably SaaS/IT services)
• Understanding of data privacy, IP, and compliance frameworks
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
