Legal Audit Team – Compliance Role

Eligibility
Qualification:
• Lawyer
• Lawyer with CS qualification preferred
Technical Skills & Experience Required
• Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory framework, including:
– Labour laws
– Taxation laws
– EHS regulations
– Secretarial compliances
– Industry-specific and allied laws
• Experience in independently conducting Compliance Applicability Assessments
• Hands-on exposure to legal and compliance audits for large and mid-size corporates
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory changes in the Indian compliance landscape
