Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected will handle a wide range of responsibilities that support both the legal and client-advisory functions of the organisation:
• Client interaction, legal consultations, and case coordination
• Legal drafting and preparation of documents
• Working on debt management processes and structured resolutions
• Supporting the legal compliance framework and internal legal work
• Legal sales activities and engagement with internal teams for workflow execution

Eligibility Criteria
• Fresh law graduates (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB)
• Mandatory enrolment with the Bar Council of India
• Strong interest in banking, debt recovery, or financial law
• Excellent communication, research, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation
• First-month stipend: ₹7,000
• From the second month: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (plus performance incentives)
