About the Role
The selected Legal Associate will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts

Advising on M&A and private equity transactions

Supporting end-to-end deal execution

Providing general corporate and transactional advisory

Conducting legal research and due diligence

Working closely with internal teams and clients on strategic matters
Eligibility & Experience

Experience: 2–5 years

Strong transactional background

Proven legal research and drafting skills

Prior exposure to M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Interest in high-value and cross-border transactions
