About the Role
A reputed corporate law firm in Delhi NCR is looking to hire a Legal Associate to assist with corporate advisory, compliance, and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Assisting in due diligence exercises
• Handling corporate and regulatory filings
• Supporting ongoing compliance requirements
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients
Eligibility / Qualifications
• Law graduate with exposure to Corporate Laws
• Working knowledge of contract drafting and regulatory compliance
• Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage
