About the Role

The Legal Associate will support senior counsel and cross-functional teams by handling legal research, drafting, compliance, due diligence, and advisory work, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research on business and regulatory issues
• Provide employment law guidance to internal stakeholders
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Create and maintain legal templates and documentation
• Assist with intellectual property matters
• Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation
• Maintain accurate legal records
• Collaborate with business and operations teams
• Prepare legal opinions on diverse issues
• Participate in monthly in-person meetings at the Pune office
• Advise on general corporate matters, including CSR activities

General Requirements
LLB degree (mandatory)
