Roles & Responsibilities
Performance Marketer:
-
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key paid channels.
-
Manage acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels with strong ROAS & CPA focus.
-
Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page improvements.
-
Track performance metrics, prepare dashboards, and derive actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and monitor competitor activity.
Product Development Manager:
-
Lead end-to-end product development for gaming/interactive digital platforms.
-
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to shape product roadmap.

Drive feature prioritisation, product positioning, and user journey optimisation.

Collaborate with engineering, design & QA teams for timely, high-quality releases.

Analyse product metrics (engagement, retention, funnels) and guide data-driven iterations.

Stay updated on gaming trends, monetisation models, and emerging tech.
