About:
Monk-E, a leading creative and production company, is seeking a Post-Production Head to lead and oversee all aspects of post-production, including editing, sound, colour, motion graphics, and final delivery. The role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced creative environment with opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows and enhance team output.
Eligibility:

5+ years of post-production experience (agency or production house preferred)

Strong storytelling and pacing skills, especially for creator-led content

Expertise in Reels/Shorts editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted workflows

Proven leadership abilities with team management and feedback skills

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee full post-production workflow: offline, online, edits, sound, colour, finishing, and final delivery

Lead and mentor post-production team including editors, motion graphics artists, and freelancers

Review, refine, and lock key edits for branded films, DVCs, IPs, and creator content

Build efficient media management, backup, and QC pipelines

Collaborate with directors, DOPs, producers, and BD teams to maintain creative intent

Translate client feedback into actionable steps while maintaining quality and narrative

Integrate AI tools for rough cuts, transcripts, clean-ups, masking, and pacing improvements

Manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining consistent output and quality
