Ira Law, a leading law firm specializing in Technology, IP, and Commercial Laws, is seeking a Patent Agent to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, providing exposure to high-quality IP matters and commercial dispute resolution.
Eligibility:

2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in patent prosecution

Engineering degree

Registered Patent Agent

Strong interest in IP litigation and patent law
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle patent prosecution matters, including drafting and filing patent applications

Assist in patent litigation support and related advisory work

Conduct patent searches, analysis, and due diligence

Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on IP strategy and enforcement
