Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• 1–2 years of professional experience in legal research, content creation, or related roles
• A strong publication record during college or professional work (preferred)
• Clear writing ability and familiarity with legal analysis
• Demonstrated interest in corporate, regulatory, or securities laws is an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting high-level legal research across diverse practice areas
• Drafting and refining internal knowledge notes, updates, and analytical content
• Supporting the Knowledge Management team in maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency in legal materials
• Tracking legal developments and translating complex updates into practitioner-friendly insights
• Assisting with content structuring, publication timelines, and editorial processes
