The office of Advocate Sakshi Garg handles a diverse litigation portfolio spanning Trial Courts, Tribunals, and Higher Courts, with a focused practice in civil and IP matters. The work environment is rigorous, research-intensive, and suited for candidates who want to strengthen their courtroom skills and drafting capabilities through practical, hands-on exposure.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum one year of post-qualification experience before Trial Courts (mandatory)

Strong drafting and legal research skills

Prior Trial Court experience will be given preference

Must be available for immediate joining

Must be diligent, responsible, and comfortable with a demanding litigation schedule
Roles and Responsibilities

Appearing and assisting in matters before Trial Courts, Tribunals, and Higher Courts

Drafting petitions, applications, notes, and other litigation documents

Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs

Supporting case preparation, follow-ups, and related litigation tasks
