Eligibility
Candidates applying must meet the following requirements:

PQE: 2 to 7 years

Strong background in construction arbitration

Preferably from top law schools

Prior experience in Tier 1 law firms is ideal

Demonstrated skills in arbitration, drafting, research, and dispute resolution
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work in the Construction Arbitration practice of a Tier 1 law firm, involving:

Handling construction arbitration matters end-to-end

Drafting pleadings, claims, responses, and arbitration documents

Conducting detailed legal research

Coordinating with clients, counsels, and tribunals

Assisting senior partners in complex, high-value disputes
-
Managing timelines and procedural requirements for arbitration
