Eligibility
– 3 to 5 years of experience
– Mandatory experience in corporate and commercial litigation in Hyderabad
– Working proficiency in Telugu
– Strong drafting, research, and courtroom strategy skills
– Ability to manage litigation files and coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams
Roles and Responsibilities
– Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters before various courts and tribunals
– Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, written statements, affidavits, and related documents
– Assist senior counsel in hearings, research, briefing, and litigation strategy
– Coordinate with clients, manage case timelines, and ensure effective follow-up
– Conduct research on case law, statutory interpretation, regulatory frameworks, and procedural aspects
– Support arbitration matters, documentation, and pre-litigation advisory work
