Practice Area: IPR Litigation
Location: Delhi (WTC)
Experience Required: 1–4 years PQE
Eligibility:
Candidates with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Rights litigation, with strong drafting, research, and courtroom skills. Prior exposure to trademark or patent litigation will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling IPR litigation matters, including drafting, research, and strategising.

Representing clients before courts and tribunals.

Assisting senior attorneys in high-value and complex disputes.

Managing case files, deadlines, and client communication professionally.
