ADP Law Offices is seeking Associates to join its Litigation Team. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience in IP litigation to gain exposure to high-quality cases, including copyright matters, and contribute to a growing practice.
Eligibility:

1+ years PQE for one position, 2+ years PQE for another

Prior experience in IP litigation

Experience in copyright litigation is a plus

Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle IP litigation matters independently under guidance
-
Assist in preparing pleadings, drafting submissions, and case strategy

Represent clients in court and coordinate with senior lawyers
-
Support copyright-related litigation when required
