Eligibility

  • LLB/LLM from a reputed institution

  • 3 years PQE, preferably in a law firm

  • Strong legal grounding and understanding of procedural and substantive laws

  • Excellent research, drafting, and persuasive writing skills

  • Membership of a state or local bar (preferred)

  • Ability to analyse cases, identify risks, and strategize effectively

  • Strong communication, ownership mindset, and professional work ethic

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drafting and vetting pleadings, briefs, motions, memos, and legal notices

  • Appearing before courts/tribunals and arguing matters

  • Handling mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

  • Working on matters involving CPC, Consumer Law, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Contract Law, Limitation, Registration, and various civil suits

  • Conducting precise and comprehensive legal research

  • Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and participating in CSR and pro bono activities
