Eligibility
-
LLB/LLM from a reputed institution
-
3 years PQE, preferably in a law firm
-
Strong legal grounding and understanding of procedural and substantive laws
-
Excellent research, drafting, and persuasive writing skills
-
Membership of a state or local bar (preferred)
-
Ability to analyse cases, identify risks, and strategize effectively
-
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and professional work ethic
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Drafting and vetting pleadings, briefs, motions, memos, and legal notices
-
Appearing before courts/tribunals and arguing matters
-
Handling mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
-
Working on matters involving CPC, Consumer Law, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Contract Law, Limitation, Registration, and various civil suits
-
Conducting precise and comprehensive legal research
-
Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and participating in CSR and pro bono activities
