Experience
PQE: 2–3 years
Strong drafting experience in litigation and arbitration is mandatory.

Drafting detailed argument notes and written submissions

Close involvement in case strategy and conference preparation
Eligibility Criteria

2–3 years of strong drafting experience in litigation & arbitration

Excellent legal research and analytical skills

Sound understanding of pleadings before Supreme Court & High Courts

Ability to draft independently with clarity, structure, and precision
Candidates must clear a drafting and research test
