Position

Drafting Counsel (Litigation & Arbitration)

Experience

PQE: 2–3 years
Strong drafting experience in litigation and arbitration is mandatory.

Work Location

South & Central Delhi

Nature of Work

Litigation Drafting

  • Drafting SLPs, Civil & Criminal Appeals

  • Writ Petitions, CM Applications, Contempt matters

  • Review & Curative Petitions

Arbitration Drafting

  • Statements of Claim / Defence (SOC / SOD)Allied pleadings and written submissions

Research & Strategy

  • Advanced legal research on constitutional, commercial, and procedural law

  • Drafting detailed argument notes and written submissions

  • Close involvement in case strategy and conference preparation

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–3 years of strong drafting experience in litigation & arbitration

  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills

  • Sound understanding of pleadings before Supreme Court & High Courts

  • Ability to draft independently with clarity, structure, and precision

Candidates must clear a drafting and research test

Remuneration

  • Negotiable
