About the Role
The firm is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its fast-growing TMT practice. This role offers exposure to high-impact work in data protection, AI governance, fintech, gaming, and emerging technology regulation.

Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates should have:

3–5 years PQE from a Tier-1/Tier-2 law firm or a top technology company
-
Strong background in technology law, data protection & privacy, fintech, gaming or regulatory advisory
-
IAPP certifications (CIPP-E / AIGP) – preferred
-
Excellent drafting and commercial contracting skills (SaaS, licensing, DPAs, product counselling)
-
Strong interest in AI regulation and the evolving DPDP framework
-
High ownership mindset, ability to multitask, and cross-functional thinking across law, product & policy
