About the Role
Paytm Money is hiring a Data Protection & Privacy Manager to lead data protection strategy, privacy compliance, and breach management. This is a senior role involving regulatory engagement, policy development, and organization-wide privacy governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with DPDPA, IT Act, and GDPR
• Design, implement, and update data protection and privacy policies
• Manage and report data breaches
• Conduct DPIAs and lead employee awareness and training programs
• Maintain records of data processing activities
• Liaise with regulators and handle privacy-related grievances
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security / Computer Science / Law
• Relevant certifications: CDPP, CDPO, CIPM, CDPSE, or DCPP
• 8–10 years of experience in data protection, security, or privacy management
• Strong understanding of IT security, regulatory compliance, and governance
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
