About the Role
We are seeking a Data Privacy Consultant with 3–4 years of experience to support client engagements across industries. The role involves managing privacy compliance, performing risk assessments, and advising on data protection strategies aligned with global regulations.
Key Requirements
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDP Act, CPRA, PIPL, and other data privacy regulations
• Experience in privacy assessments (PIA/DPIA), data mapping/RoPAs, drafting DPAs/DTAs/privacy clauses, and vendor risk/cross-border transfer assessments
• Hands-on expertise with privacy tools: TrustArc, Securiti.ai, OneTrust, BigID, Microsoft Priva (especially data discovery and automation modules)
• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices, including AI/ML privacy risk assessments, alignment with emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), and integration of privacy-by-design principles
