About the Firm
ADG Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its corporate practice. This role is suited for professionals with more than five years of post-qualification experience who possess strong analytical abilities, excellent drafting skills, and a deep understanding of corporate transactions within the UAE.
The position involves advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, structuring and restructuring corporate entities, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and supporting cross-border transactions. Candidates must be comfortable managing complex matters independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. A client-focused mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are essential.
Applicants with additional exposure to private equity, investment funds, or financial regulatory frameworks will be preferred. Proficiency in Chinese will be considered an added advantage, given the firm’s diverse international clientele.
