Assisting in preparation of briefs, factual notes, and basic drafts

Reading, comprehending, and noting court orders and pleadings

Accurate and fast typing and formatting of legal documents

Assisting in filings, case preparation, and chamber administration

Learning litigation practice directly through observation and instruction
Eligibility & Core Requirements

Strong command over written and spoken English

Ability to listen carefully, retain instructions, and apply them accurately

Fast and accurate typing skills

Basic technological competence (MS Word, PDFs, email, scanning)

Willingness to accept correction and improve without defensiveness
