About the Role
The firm is looking to hire a Capital Markets Lawyer to join its Singapore office. This role is ideal for lawyers with significant capital markets transaction experience who are looking to work on high-profile deals in a cross-border environment.
Eligibility & Experience

India-qualified lawyers: Minimum 6 years PQE

UK / London-qualified lawyers: Minimum 4 years PQE
-
Strong experience in capital markets transactions (debt and/or equity)

Excellent academic credentials

Prior international exposure preferred
Key Responsibilities

Advising on public and private capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and debt offerings

Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, offering memoranda, and regulatory filings

Collaborating with clients, regulators, and cross-border teams

Providing practical advice on regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, and market practices

Supporting strategic business development and client relationship management
