About the Role
Burma Burma is hiring a Legal Executive to be based at its Mumbai (Dadar Head Office). This role involves comprehensive in-house legal support, particularly in contracts, IP, compliance, and expansion-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing NDAs, Leave & License Agreements, and Service Agreements

Filing and managing Trademark applications

Drafting replies to legal notices

Coordinating with internal teams for agreement drafting and execution

Ensuring legal compliance across outlets

Supporting due diligence and documentation for new outlets
Requirements
-
LLB graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience (male candidates preferred as per employer requirement)

Strong drafting and documentation capabilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, accountable, and well-structured work approach

Working knowledge of the Indian Contract Act, Registration Act, and Property Laws
