Practice: Brand Protection & Anti-Counterfeiting
Experience: 3–5 years
Key Requirements
• Hands-on experience in monitoring field investigations
• Experience in raids/search and seizure operations with law enforcement
• Familiarity with Indian IP laws
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market intelligence trends
• Capability to independently handle field operations
• Excellent English communication; Hindi proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Law is advantageous
