The ideal candidates will have a-
> minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation,
> excellent legal research, drafting and advocacy skills, and
> experience in handling a variety of civil and criminal cases.
They should also have good communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Indian legal system, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
