Associate – IPR Litigation
Eligibility
-
1–4 years PQE
-
Prior experience in intellectual property disputes preferred

Strong research, drafting and analytical skills

Familiarity with court procedures and litigation strategy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality litigation environment

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Draft pleadings, replies, written statements, applications, and legal briefs
-
Assist in strategizing and preparing for IP infringement suits, oppositions, cancellations, and interim relief matters
-
Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case notes
-
Coordinate filings, listings, and daily case management
-
Attend hearings across courts/tribunals and assist senior counsels
-
Engage in client communication and maintain meticulous documentation
