JSA is inviting applications for the position of Associate – General Corporate at its Mumbai office.
This opportunity is suited for lawyers at the A2/A3 level with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate practice.
Experience & Qualifications
• 2–3 years PQE in General Corporate
• CS + LL.B. qualification preferred
• Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms desirable
• Exposure to employment law will be an added advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong drafting and negotiation capability
• Analytical and transaction-oriented approach
• Client management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to independently handle documentation and advisory work
This role offers exposure to structured corporate transactions within a leading full-service law firm.
