Eligibility Criteria

Practice Area: Banking and Finance
Experience Required: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Specialization: Experience in financing and debt restructuring transactions is essential
Skills:
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Familiarity with banking laws, financing instruments, and regulatory compliance
