Eligibility:

Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M.

Experience: 2–5 years in non-litigation legal work

Strong communication skills and willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate with external advocates for title search reports and conduct thorough vetting

Undertake due diligence for Loan Against Property (LAP) transactions
-
Provide legal inputs and resolve issues related to mortgages and property documentation
-
Support business teams by ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements
