About the Role
Triumvir Law is building a firm that grows with intention across corporate, funds, technology, energy, disputes and international work. As new sectors and clients enter the practice, the firm is opening a position in the Managing Partners Office for an Associate who wants to work at the front line of that growth.
This role is structured around business development, market intelligence and strategic expansion. You will work directly with the Managing Partner on executing the firm’s broader growth and expansion strategy. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking about markets, clients, practice building and the business of law, not just individual matters.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:

Drive business development initiatives across multiple practice areas

Build sector notes, track new industries and identify trends

Prepare decks, pitches and outreach plans for prospective clients and new mandates

Support new practice verticals from concept to launch

Manage client touchpoints, follow up on leads and maintain pipeline tracking

Coordinate with teams on proposals and execution of business development initiatives

Research markets and identify avenues for expansion in India and internationally

Assist with public relations, publishing and strategic communication

Support hiring and internal projects that are linked to firm growth and positioning
Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in business development, strategy roles or client facing legal work will be an advantage, but the firm is equally interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
