About the Role
Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate (Litigation) to join its Noida office. This position is suitable for lawyers with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience looking to gain exposure across family, commercial, and statutory dispute matters.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for:

Handling clients in family disputes and assisting in commercial litigation matters

Appearing before district courts

Drafting and preparing legal notices, pleadings, replies, and other submissions

Assisting seniors in trial preparations, hearings, and depositions

Reviewing and summarizing evidence and relevant documents
-
Attending court hearings and client meetings, providing legal advice

Collaborating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information
-
Maintaining case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines

Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends
-
Supporting senior attorneys in case strategy and client development
Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a recognized university
-
Experience: 6 months – 1.5 years in litigation or relevant legal exposure
Key Skills
-
Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized
-
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of NI Act and RERA is preferred
