About the Role
Gathraj & Co. is looking to onboard an Associate with 3+ years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution to work closely with the senior team on diversified matters.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting, appearing, and arguing independently when required

Assisting on matters before the Gujarat High Court, Commercial Courts, Trial Courts, and Consumer Forums

Supporting the team in litigation strategy and case management
Eligibility / Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Must reside in Ahmedabad

Proactive, diligent, and quick learner

Strong drafting and communication skills in English; Gujarati fluency preferred

Looking for long-term association with potential growth to senior position
Remuneration
