Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property Law
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handling IP prosecution, opposition, and litigation matters relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs

Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents including:

Notices of Opposition
-
Counter Statements
-
Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47
-
Cease & Desist Notices and Replies
-
Deeds of Assignment
-
Rectification Notices and Counter Statements
-
-
Assisting in and attending IP-related matters before Tribunals and Courts
-
Representing clients before IP statutory authorities and courts, as required
-
Working closely with the litigation team on case strategy
-
Providing clear, practical, and well-reasoned IP advisory to clients
-
Supporting clients across stages of IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution
Qualifications & Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognized university
-
Enrolled and eligible to practice law in India
