About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Data Privacy with 1–2 years of experience to join our New Delhi office. The Associate will work closely with privacy experts and legal teams to support client delivery and compliance projects. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals seeking hands-on experience in data privacy consulting and technology law.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review privacy policies, consent notices, DPIAs, ROPAs, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
Research privacy laws including DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other global frameworks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for clients.
Contribute to gap assessments, audits, implementation roadmaps, and remediation activities.
Develop privacy training materials, awareness content, client scripts, and handbooks.
Support grievance redressal, incident reporting, and breach assessment projects.
Contribute to legal blogs, knowledge papers, and internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) – mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in data privacy, technology law, compliance, or legal advisory.
Working knowledge of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Understanding of GDPR and other global privacy frameworks is preferred.
Strong legal drafting, documentation, and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in compliance implementation projects with organizations.
Experience in legal content writing or corporate consulting.
