Role Overview

Support and lead transaction advisory, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate reorganisations

Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed reports

Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements

Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial issues

Assist in client handling and ongoing advisory matters

Support business development and knowledge management initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
