 About the Opportunity
The selected Associate Advocate will be actively involved in:
• Court appearances before various courts and forums
• Drafting petitions, replies, applications, and pleadings
• Filing and prosecution of Trademark, Copyright, and Design applications
• Drafting counter statements, replies, and handling IP compliance work
• Managing both e-filing and physical filing procedures in Delhi courts
This role provides meaningful courtroom exposure along with practical experience in Intellectual Property law and commercial drafting.
 Eligibility & Requirements
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Minimum 6 months of prior work experience
• Duly enrolled with the Bar Council and AIBE passed
• Strong command over the English language with sound drafting skills
• Experience in e-filing and physical filing in Delhi courts
• Prior experience in Trademark & Copyright drafting and prosecution will be preferred
