Experience Required
0–2 years
(Freshers with a strong interest in IP law are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities

Filing trademark and copyright applications

Drafting replies to examination reports, objections, and counter-statements

Drafting pleadings and attending matters before courts (primarily commercial courts)

Conducting legal research on IP laws, rules, and case laws

Maintaining IP records, deadlines, and client files
Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and core IPR concepts

Familiarity with the IP India website and e-filing system
Eligibility

LL.B. graduates / Freshers with a demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property Law
