Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in the media & entertainment domain

Handling production and co-production agreements
-
Managing OTT platform agreements and commissioning agreements
-
Drafting and negotiating brand endorsement, talent, and artist agreements
-
Providing legal support for content creation, distribution, and commercialization
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Strong hands-on experience in media & entertainment legal work
-
Practical exposure to content production and OTT ecosystem
-
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills
-
Ability to work closely with creative, production, and business teams
