A leading Tier 2 law firm in Delhi is inviting applications for the position of a lawyer with experience in regulatory and policy dispute resolution. The role is suited for professionals who have developed strong capabilities in navigating regulatory frameworks, handling policy-driven litigation, and managing complex disputes before specialised tribunals and higher courts.
The firm is looking for a candidate who can independently engage with regulatory authorities, analyse statutory and policy-based issues, and assist in building strategy for matters that cut across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, financial regulation, environmental compliance, and other regulated industries. Applicants should be comfortable with both advisory and contentious work and must demonstrate strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
Role Requirements
• Five to seven years of post-qualification experience
• Prior work in regulatory litigation or policy-oriented disputes
• Strong understanding of sectoral regulations and statutory frameworks
• Experience in handling tribunal matters, writ litigation or specialised regulatory forums
• Ability to prepare detailed notes, drafts, pleadings and legal submissions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with partners and senior counsel
