JSA is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its disputes and litigation practice at the Mumbai office. This role is suited for lawyers who have developed focused experience in contentious matters and wish to deepen their practice in commercial disputes, regulatory litigation, arbitration and court work.
The firm is seeking candidates with one to four years of post-qualification experience, preferably those who have already gained exposure to drafting, research, briefing, case strategy, client advisory and appearances before courts and tribunals. The work will involve regular engagement with complex disputes across sectors, interaction with senior counsel, preparation of pleadings and legal submissions, and participation in the full lifecycle of contentious matters.
As a full-time, on-site position, the Associate will be integrated into the disputes team’s workflow and will contribute to legal representation, case development, research, drafting and courtroom support.
