About the Role:
HNA Law Chambers, Bengaluru, is inviting applications for the position of Advocate – Indirect Tax to join its growing practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of indirect tax matters and gain hands-on exposure in advisory and litigation work.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be involved in handling matters related to GST and other indirect tax laws, including legal research, drafting of replies, opinions, and submissions, as well as assisting in proceedings before adjudicating authorities, appellate forums, and tribunals. The role also involves client interaction and supporting senior counsel in complex tax matters.
Eligibility & Skills:
• Enrolled Advocate with interest or experience in Indirect Taxation
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with GST laws and procedures will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
