Job Profile
• Work across electricity laws, corporate commercial, M&A, and insolvency and bankruptcy matters
• Drafting agreements, petitions, rejoinders, and related legal documents
• Handling both litigation and non-litigation work
• Taking independent responsibility for assignments from initiation to completion, under guidance of senior team members
Location Preference
Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred.
