Role Overview
This is a full-time, court-facing role involving active litigation and advisory work.
Part-time engagements are not permitted.
Associates will be expected to:

Draft pleadings, writs, notices, and legal opinions

Conduct legal research and case preparation

Appear before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals
-
Assist Senior Advocates in complex matters
-
Handle client interaction, case management, and public interest matters
Eligibility & Qualifications
-
Advocate enrolled with a Bar Council in India
-
LL.B. from a recognized university
-
Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
-
Excellent command of English
-
Working proficiency with SCC Online / Manupatra
-
High ethical and professional standards
