Applications are invited for an offline litigation internship at the Office of State Counsel for Odisha, under AOR Prakash Ranjan Nayak, before the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. This internship offers direct exposure to State litigation and Supreme Court practice.

Work Profile

Drafting and research in SLPs, Counter Affidavits, Interlocutory Applications (IAs), and Written Submissions
Legal research in Criminal, Service, Constitutional, and Public Law matters
Understanding Supreme Court procedures including filing, defects, diary numbers, and listing process
Exposure to State of Odisha matters before the Supreme Court

Eligibility

Law students only
- 3rd year onwards (5-year integrated course)
- 2nd year onwards (3-year course)
Serious interest in litigation and public law
Good research and drafting skills
