About the Opportunity
The Office of Rajesh Inamdar, Advocate-on-Record (Supreme Court of India) and Shashwat Anand, Advocate (Supreme Court of India) invites applications for legal internships commencing February 2026 onwards.
This internship is designed for students seeking rigorous exposure to Supreme Court litigation, offering first-hand experience in constitutional adjudication and high-stakes advocacy.

Nature of Work & Exposure
Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in:

Supreme Court practice and procedure

Constitutional law matters

Civil and criminal litigation
-
Public Interest Litigations (PILs)
-
Advanced legal research, drafting, and court assistance
The internship emphasises analytical rigour, clarity of legal reasoning, and disciplined drafting.
Eligibility

Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year LL.B. course)

Final-year students – 3-year LL.B. course

Strong research orientation and seriousness towards litigation preferred
