About:
Advocate Sushant Inderjeet Singh, practising before the Supreme Court of India and a former President of the Student’s Union at SOAS, invites applications for the Socio-Legal and Political Internship Programme for November and December 2025. This programme is designed for students and young professionals eager to work at the intersection of law, governance, and social justice, offering exposure to real-world legal and policy processes.
Eligibility:

Open to students of law, social sciences, or public policy, and early-career researchers.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in constitutional, socio-legal, and rights-based issues.

Excellent research and writing skills, along with a commitment to equality, inclusion, and justice.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal and policy research on social justice and governance issues.

Assist in drafting, documentation, and fieldwork.
