Samarth Luthra, Advocate at Delhi High Court, CAT, and NCLAT, is offering an internship opportunity for law students seeking hands-on experience across multiple forums including Delhi HC, CAT, NCLT, and NCLAT. This is an excellent chance to gain exposure to litigation and case preparation in a professional legal environment.
Eligibility:

Law students in third-year of a five-year degree or second-year of a three-year degree.

Strong interest in litigation and court procedures.

Enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in multiple forums.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.

Support ongoing matters before Delhi HC, CAT, NCLT, and NCLAT.

Attend court proceedings and assist in administrative and procedural tasks as required.
