About the Role
CSTEP is inviting applications for a full-time internship focused on sustainable carbon and green energy/fuels. This role offers hands-on exposure to domestic and international policy and regulatory frameworks aimed at decarbonisation and climate mitigation.
The intern will work closely with researchers to assess policies, develop sustainability frameworks, and contribute to evidence-based policy recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct policy and regulatory research on sustainable carbon and energy/fuels

Analyse domestic and international frameworks for decarbonisation

Develop recommendations on sustainable carbon technologies

Assess mitigation measures by identifying opportunities, barriers, and policy implications

Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations
Eligibility

Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in:

Public Policy or related domains

Required Skill Set

Understanding of biomass, energy, and fuel policies and regulations
