About:
Advocate-on-Record Aditya Giri, practising before the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for a paid internship for the months of November and December 2025. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in litigation and court practice before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and Tribunals across the country.
Eligibility:

Law students in 4th year or above (for 5-year courses) or 2nd year or above (for 3-year courses).

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Demonstrated interest in litigation and judicial proceedings.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research on ongoing cases.

Draft legal documents, applications, and pleadings.

Assist in case preparation and attend court proceedings.

Review case laws and statutory materials relevant to assigned matters.
